Which cities do you deliver to?
We deliver to all Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs. If your event is outside of our delivery area you can email us at hello@picniccity.com or give us a call at (312) 772-4389 to see if we will be able to deliver, sometimes, based on the day or how many orders we have going out, we might be able to go out further than usual.
Do you deliver and set up picnic tables and umbrellas?
Yes, we handle the delivery, setup and pick up for all orders. Delivery service provides delivery of your item(s) up to 100 feet from address and/or parking lot curb. Orders over of 4 or more items incur a delivery charge.
What are the specifications for 6 ft. picnic table?

Do I need to place a deposit?
Yes, a rental deposit is usually required. The remaining balance can be paid with a credit card before the delivery date via paypal.
Do you deliver to parks?
Yes, we deliver to parks. Please consult with the your city/park district you are having your event at for more details or permits needed.
How far in advance should I reserve?
We recommend you reserve about 1-2 weeks in advance. However, if your event falls on a Holiday or it’s for a large event, you should reserve weeks ahead of time to ensure availability.
Are your products clean?
Yes, all of our products are fully cleaned after every use. We take hygiene very seriously, We decommission picnic tables when they don’t meet our high standards .
Can we slide a tablecloth with umbrella cutout over the picnic tables during setup?
Yes, just let our team know before umbrella installation. We don’t recommend uninstalling any equipment after it has been installed.
How long have you been in business?
We have been providing picnic table rentals, interactive games, and other party equipment rentals since 2013. As of 2016, we only specialize in picnic table and umbrella rentals. View our About Us page for more information.
What happens if a product malfunctions?
It is rare for a product to malfunction, but if it does happen during your event please call us at (312) 772-4389 so we can help access the problem.
What if it rains on the day of the event?
For safety reasons we do not deliver when it is raining or if there are high winds (over 20 mph). If it rains during your event day we will cancel the reservation and fully refund your money. Please refer to our Rain Policy.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you must cancel your reservation for any reason, we require you give us a 3 day notice before your event day. To view our full cancellation policy please view our Terms and Agreements.
